About Us
GlobeCare is a non-profit organization established in the Kingdom of Eswatini. The organization was established basically to address four critical issues facing the country and other southern countries in generally:
- Food insecurity and hunger,
- Poverty
- Poor access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene and
- Environmental degradation.
We support the most vulnerable and poor people to improve their lives and to build their resilience and adaptive capacity towards environment threats such as climate change and other climate related disasters. We support equitable access to natural resources and advocate for rights to access to water, good and clean environment. We integrate issues of gender and disability so that no one is left behind.

Mr. Ncamiso Mhlanga
BOARD CHAIRPERSONMr. Ncamiso Mhlanga is an Environmental and Natural Resources Specialist with over 15 years of working experience across Water resources management, Water Supply and Sanitation, Agriculture and livelihoods, Environment, Biodiversity and Climate change Adaptation sectors. He has spent his entire career focusing on community development working with local and international organizations.

Ms. Thobile Phungwayo
BOARD SECRETARYMs. Thobile Phungwayo is an experienced goal oriented, dynamic, highly motivated and open-minded individual, with an ability of working in a multicultural environment and achieved significant results. She present excellent facilitative leadership skill demonstrated in the delivery of the community scorecard in ensuring social accountability between Communities and Ministry of Health (Clinics) in the EU Funded project.

Mr. Peter Maseko
BOARD TREASURERMr. Peter Maseko started his career in 2006 as a Trainee Accountant and progressed through to top management level by 2012. He spent three years in middle management level and nine years in top management. His experience includes three years statutory audit of companies across various industries including Financial Services, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Education, and Non-Governmental organizations.

Ms. Nompumelelo Ntshalintshali
EXECUTIVE DIRECTORMs. Nompumelelo Ntshalintshali has led the sector policy formulation and execution, governance, multi-stakeholder engagement, rural development, behaviour change communication, gender, climate action, and sector coordination. As the National WASH Coordinator for Eswatini she was nominated the Chairperson of the National WASH Coordinating Forum for over 8 years.
